The Beatles, the Maharishi & Me

No,. I didn’t travel to India in 1968 or to Rishikesh where the Beatles stayed at the ashram with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. I made my pilgrimage to Rishikesh in the fall of 2014.

What inspired George Harrison’s song Within You, Without You? I wanted to see for myself.

Sometimes we need to take a break from ourselves, the world & everything in it. That’s where I am at the moment. Reflecting on adventures. Wondering how to fine tune my novel Meet Me in Mumbai for publication. Thinking about a comment, “You don’t want someone to think it’s Chic Lit.” Seriously? Well, it ain’t. (Yeah, I know ‘ain’t’ is not correct grammatically.) It’s my hope that folks who listen to my podcast will understand the novel is a journey of discovery.
